Terms of Service

These Rewards Program Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern participation in the Quality High Rewards Program (the “Program”). By enrolling in or using the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our general Terms of Sale and Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility The Program is available only to individuals who are at least 21 years of age (or such other minimum age as required under applicable state law) and who lawfully purchase cannabis products from Quality High. Enrollment may require a valid government-issued photo ID.

2. Earning Rewards Credits • Rewards credits are earned on eligible purchases as determined by Quality High in its sole discretion. • Rewards credits may not be earned on discounted items, promotional items, or certain products as restricted by law. • Rewards credits earned hold no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash or gift cards.

3. Redeeming Rewards Credits • Rewards credits can only be redeemed in-store at Quality High only when making a qualifying purchase. • Rewards credits cannot be applied to taxes, fees, or other charges as prohibited by law. • Rewards credits are non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder.

4. Program Changes and Termination • We reserve the right to change, suspend, or terminate the Rewards Program at any time, for any reason, without notice. • Accrued rewards credits may expire or be forfeited if the Program is terminated, suspended, or modified.

5. Product Returns & Exchanges • All sales are final. Cannabis products are not eligible for returns or refunds once purchased. • Defective vape cartridges may be exchanged for the same product within one (1) week of purchase with valid proof of purchase, subject to inspection and approval by Quality High.

6. Compliance with Law Participation in the Program is subject to compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Rewards credits may not be used in any way that violates such laws.

7. Limitation of Liability Quality High is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or misused rewards credits. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quality High disclaims all liability arising from participation in the Program or the use of rewards credits.

8. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Quality High operates, without regard to conflict of laws principles. By enrolling in and participating in the Rewards Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
