All purchases are final! No exceptions. If an item is defective or not to the standard the vendor is required to meet, then a 1:1 exchange may take place. Please have your original receipt ready to show our budtenders/management. Please read below.

***Can I return a product? Under NY Office of Cannabis Management (OCM) rules, cannabis products cannot be returned once they leave the store unless they are documented as defective (e.g., a leaky vape cart).

What if my vape doesn't work? Don't sweat it! Bring the defective unit, your receipt, and the original packaging back to us on West Henrietta Road within 7 days. We’ll inspect it and get you a replacement or store credit.
