Tracking Purchases: Purchases are tracked to ensure compliance with state laws on cumulative daily purchase limits.

Product Offerings

Selection: Our boutique offers a variety of cannabis products including flowers, concentrates, edibles, tinctures, and topical products. All products are sourced from licensed and regulated facilities.
Labeling and Information: Products are clearly labeled with THC content, CBD content, and other relevant information as per state regulations.

Payment Methods

Cash and Digital Payments: Due to federal banking restrictions, transactions are primarily cash-based, although digital payment methods (like specific cannabis payment apps) may be accepted where applicable.
Receipts: All purchases come with a detailed receipt that must be retained until leaving the store.

Conduct and Consumption

No Onsite Consumption: The consumption of cannabis on dispensary premises is strictly prohibited.
Respectful Behavior: Customers are expected to behave respectfully and courteously towards staff and other customers at all times.

Safety and Security

Surveillance: For the safety of our patrons and to comply with state laws, the premises are monitored by video surveillance at all times.
Bag Checks: We reserve the right to inspect bags and other large items on entry and exit as part of our security measures.

Returns and Exchanges

Final Sales: Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Defective Products: If a product is defective, it may be returned for exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
